Our internship programmes are designed to provide practical exposure, professional guidance and hands-on learning in holistic healthcare, therapeutic nutrition and lifestyle management. The Diet & Nutrition Internship offers students pursuing B.Sc., M.Sc. in Nutrition, Dietetics or related fields an opportunity to gain practical experience in therapeutic nutrition, dietary management and lifestyle modification.
Therapeutic nutrition and disease-specific diet planning.
Preparation of individualised diet plans under professional guidance.
Functional foods and their therapeutic applications.
Patient follow-ups and monitoring of dietary progress.
Nutrition management in chronic health conditions.

The Yoga Internship is designed for students pursuing Yoga, Yoga Therapy or related disciplines who wish to develop practical skills in yoga-based wellness, therapeutic practices and lifestyle management.
Assisting in conducting yoga sessions.
Therapeutic yoga practices and modifications.
Yoga for stress management and overall well-being.
Developing structured yoga routines for different health requirements.
Assisting in individual and group yoga sessions.
Integration of yoga into holistic healthcare.
Yoga-based lifestyle management practices.
